A special word to my friends, loved ones and loyal reading audience …

GRATITUDE MOMENT

I just want to say thank you to those who love and appreciate me and for those who have stood by me through many, many tough times and many different circumstances.

With life doing somersaults around the world at the moment, there is no time like the present to show our gratitude and every hour is precious.

I am incredibly grateful for stability of friendship, unconditional love, open heartedness, acceptance of me as being different and having a whole other journey to process, and for every person who has stood by no matter what.

I am humbled by watching the lives that my children are living and how they are giving and giving light and salt as they go about their daily normality. It is incredible to see this and I am speechless at how it is all evolving, as I watch in awe and now in tears.

While I write this, I’m battling to push through my wonderful KBB course, so that I can come out the other end with the tools to take my work and my life onto a bigger stage, where I can make a positive difference and share what I know, as well as be paid to do so.

The image I’m including in this post brought me to a standstill …

I stand amazed at the grace in my life.

Thank you, God, for the gifts and the people who are guiding me onwards and those who are on the sidelines offering ‘water’, encouragement, love.

Stay safe, all of you, and take care to do the inner work now, while we have a quieter world in which to do it.

I love you and appreciate you all so much.
