
Dear Friends,
I’ve been thinking about how we can improve the quality of our lives.
Do you know how important it is to become cogniscent of your own thoughts?
It takes practice, but we really can learn to be aware of our thoughts and to take command once we mindfully observe them.
With awareness, we can see the correlation between thoughts and feelings.
Our feelings are what are so often acted upon and so it follows that our actions are connected to the thoughts and emotions, often, behind them.
If you are noticing that your behaviours or decisions are bringing less than satisfactory results, then this is the wake up call you need … to start to take command of your thinking!
See if you can consciously choose HAPPY thoughts and notice the feelings that you experience when you decide to focus on positive and what makes you happy.
