An Impromptu Mini Intro To Donald Miller’s Book “Building A Story Brand”

“Every day most business leaders make a mistake that costs them money: they don’t explain clearly what it is their company does.”

Does this ring a bell for you?

It certainly does for me and that is why I ordered the book “Building A Story Brand” by Donald Miller. In fact, I feel that the book contains valuable insights about much more than simply setting our story brand well for our business focus to be on point … I think much in this book relates to life in general as well.

I was so thrilled to receive my copy of the book earlier in the year, that I recorded on video the moment I was finally able to settle down to read it:

This is what the transcript of my video says:

Hi Everyone.

I have just received my copy of “Building A Story Brand” by Donald Miller in the post today.  Yay!

So, guess what I am climbing into bed to read?

I am so looking forward to this, having meant to read this for months and months and months, after my good friend Tiffany told me about it sometime way back in 2019.

It was mentioned in a training I did the other day and I got the message: “Right, time to get into this book.”  So excited about this!

Story is important.

We each have a story.  Our story is our story; no one can take it away from us, so it is well worth learning how to put it across.

When we are incorporating our story into our business:

Very important to put it in such a way that it benefits our brand, it puts across a clear message, and that we are able to help our customers and our clients to get out of our story what it is that THEY need, to give value to what they”re looking for.

Anyway, I am so looking forward to getting into this now.

If you would like to order your copy, I have put a link underneath this post, so order away!”
