I have been building landing pages this week, getting various things tidied up and clarified as a first step on my current project towards mastermind / presentation.

One of the things I am incredibly grateful to have started more than two years ago, was priming my brain doing various types of innercise, which have helped me with resilience, focus and clarity.

I have created a new landing page on my blog, especially for Brain Training, as this is very much a part of my personal story and is largely how I have managed to overcome and push through significant recent trauma as well as other challenges.
